Every Disabled Child Matters (EDCM) is a campaign led by four of the major organisations that work with disabled children and their families – Contact a Family, Council for Disabled Children (CDC), Mencap and the Special Educational Consortium (SEC). EDCM wants all disabled children, and their families, to have rights to the services and support that they need.
