We all need something to do over the summer break so I suggest that those of you of a social work/ care/ welfare bent should take a look at the brand spanking new e-learning resources available from the Social Care Institute for Excellence. You can watch videos, examine case studies, do quizzes and a whole lot more on the theme of poverty, parenting and social exclusion. The resources are free, although you will need to register. Go on, take a look. This nice weather won’t last and you’ll need something to fill your days!
