Recently Mark Russell a lecturer at the UH was asked ‘What is Blended Learning?’

This is an interesting which raise some important questions about the nature of blended learning. For me blended learning links together the technology and the “traditional” teaching in a seamless manner and for this to happen students need to have access to technology wherever they are so that they can choose to use it when they think it is appropriate.
